Please Note: All athletes are required to have a current physical examination and Athletics Clearance Form on file with Legarza Sports. Each participant will also need to complete the Concussion Information Sheet, and Sudden Cardiac Arrest Sheet. You can also find these forms on the SCSD Website in both English and Spanish.  Upon completion, please email all three copies to scsdsports@legarzasports.org. Your student will also need to turn these three forms to their coach at the first official practice.

Legarza Sports serves as our Athletic Program Directors, and the role of SCSD Administration is to help facilitate communication to ensure a fun, healthy middle school sports experience for all. As such, please look for communications you’re your school’s assistant principal throughout the year to detail what may be needed for each of our three sports seasons. Also note that our school sports program is now affiliated with San Carlos Sports Alliance and our programs will uphold the Vision:

San Carlos sports cultivate positivity toward self and others to promote lifelong health, friendships, and community pride. Our culture inspires and supports athletes, coaches, and parents to be creative, respectful, energetic contributors to society.

Please reach out to your school’s assistant principal if you need more information: TL: Charu Gulati; CMS: Bassant Abdelrahman.  Thank you.
